A bit more info: Over the 2nd May bank holiday weekend 27 young people aged 7-17 attended a 4 day residential located in Carlton-in-Cleveland, ran by St Mary’s Church, Nunthorpe. The weekend is in its 3rd year and consists of games, art, fun meal times, workshops, teaching and discussion on where our foundation in life is found. This years theme was Lego, which helped us think about Foundations.
As well as having a great bunch of local volunteers and parents supporting the event, we also had a group of American visitors from a Texas university who the kids loved meeting, and especially enjoyed the line dancing.
