Christian people from churches in and around the Middlesbrough area, held their fifth More than Gold annual Family Fun Day in and around the recreation area in Stewart Park on Saturday 4th July 2015

 With its roots in the fun, warmth and feeling everyone had back in the London Olympic Games, More than Gold aimed to reflect the great emotions  everyone experienced during those times and to build on the success of our previous events.  In 2015 the organisers continued to grow the event making it more ecumenical, bigger, and better than before and hold a real celebration through this year’s theme – “All you need is (God’s) love”
